Drake reveals that a Welcome Home Weezy concert will be held a day after Lil Wayne's release from Rikers Island.

Although rapper Lil Wayne is still weeks away from his release from prison, a concert celebration is already planned for the rapper immediately following his release.

Young Money rapper Drake revealed the news during a live Ustream broadcast yesterday, August 19.

“Undisclosed location, November 5, the Welcome Home Weezy concert,” said Drakein regards to the concert. “You might as well camp out at all different locations. That’s gonna be crazy.”
